My name is Steve Adelantado. I am very pleased to have been appointed as the spokesperson for North East Hertfordshire. I know you will mostly be aware of what Reform UK is and what we stand for but what about me as an individual?
Well, I'm a 59-year-old married man with one son.
I come from a working-class family, and grew up on a council estate in Swindon Wiltshire. I am an Army veteran, a former Prison Officer, a former security contractor working in Iraq, I have had many low paid, unskilled jobs too, and I am currently a train driver.
I believe in our country, and want to see us succeed as a self-determining Independant nation state.
If I am elected, I will work tirelessly for the people of North East Herts, and more widely for the people of the UK.
I am opposed to political correctness, and see it as a means to stifle debate, silence dissent, and control every aspect of our lives by instilling a fear of speaking. I will rail against this enemy of free speech.
In the coming months, I will write more short excerpts for you to understand who I am. In the meantime, if there are any issues that concern you, or you have any questions for me, please feel free to email me at
